The External gasket installation/removal tool has been developed to remove and install a gasket from or into its position in the wellhead, prior to the connection procedure or re-establishment of the tree assembly. It can also be used in instances where the wellhead flange has an integral tubing hanger that precludes normal access to the seal face.
